Job Interview

Just got back from job interview, think it went okay, his main concern seemed to be my 11 mile commute.
It's shorter than the 14+ mile commute I do now and not down one of the busiest roads in the country (the A56 which connects the M6 to the M56).

It's 1.5K more than I'm on now, if he offers it me, I'll say yes so fast they won't know what hit them.

It also made me realise how difficult and complicated my current job is, I could run their office and their reception with one hand tied behind my back, it's so easy by comparison.

Should know his discision by Wednesday. Fingers crossed.


On a culinary note, the chicken and garlic soup I make last night smells 99.999999% garlic and 0.00000001% chicken...

Well, good luck with it - I hope he recognises a good thing when it's on his list of choices for filling that job! Certainly make the workplace more interesting *g*.

Oi! I resemble that remark! Finished plaques for Filkcon guests today, now need to varnish them and post off, at least they are done in good time this year!
