Today was a day of beeches.
Big ones, small ones, honking huge ones, all aflame in the autumn sun.

And one black cat a-warming his bottom on one of the Brunner Mond steam pipes.

We have only the remnants of autumn colors here.

The beeches are all that's left, really, most of the others are bare and we've had winds blowing them off. Both the lime avenues are bare.
