Tiffany glass
Feb. 4th, 2013 08:43 pmSunday, I met with friends Eric & Deborah for brunch (scrambled egg on bagel, latte and divine chocolate and cream cheese brownies at the delightful http://www.pokusevskis.co.uk/) before Eric drove us up to Haworth Gallery to see the largest Tiffany exhibition outside New York.
The Arts and Crafts House, itself a thing of beauty, was a lovely setting. The work beautifully, thoughtfully and professionally displayed and well worth the drive, if you are ever in the environs.

I actually worship at the altar of René Lalique more then Tiffany, but that's down to personal taste rather than the skill of the glass workers and some of the pieces reminded me of another favourite, Sir Edward Elton.
Photos under the LJ cut.
