In an attempt not to forget my poppy, I pushed it through the handle of my handbag when I went to bed last night.
When I came down to go to work at 6.45, it was gone. I had to use the emergency enamel poppy.
Now, either I have a poppy poltergeist or it was an Act of Cat.
When I came home from work, I found its sad remains.
Awfully big teeth those poltergeists have...
